The learning component of the program includes daily workshops linked to Go Wild-Go Great principles and One on One Personal Coaching to achieve your personal retreat goals.

At the conclusion of this transforming life safari, participants leave with a personal MAP (Mission Action Plan) and are certified in the Principles of Business and Life Survival Course. Participants also receive a signed copy of Go Wild: Survival Skills for Business and Life for self-directed learning upon returning home.

Call of a Leader

This Personal Growth and Leadership Program is designed for both Men and Women. Daily classes combined with touring and personal coaching result in certification at the end of the program by RCR Faculty. Participants should check with their HR Departments for Tuition reimbursement eligibility. Costa Rica qualifies as a tax-deductible meeting location for educational programs per current IRS regulations.
